He holds comprehensive knowledge across the entire production chain, ranging from agricultural planning and input recommendations to the management of operational and logistics processes. His career is marked by team leadership, system optimization, production and cost forecasting, and the implementation of strategic solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs. He has worked for major agribusiness companies such as Bunge and Raízen, as well as in the technology sector with Xmobots.

Flávio and Raul

 

Certified specialists by ANAC, Flávio and Raul have extensive experience in instruction and training within aviation and drone operations. Both possess in-depth knowledge of applicable regulations, aerial operations, and advanced techniques, with particular emphasis on the swarming model, which enables the efficient coordination of multiple drones in complex operations. Murilo Dótoli

 

Founder and CEO of AGP Bela Vista Trade, Murilo Dótoli is a veterinarian and entrepreneur with a solid track record in agribusiness. He began his career in cattle and fresh produce trading, founding Haras Recanto das Araras. In 2017, he worked at Global Exports as Technical Manager (RT), where he specialized in live cattle exports and agricultural commodities.

In 2019, he founded Agropecuária Bela Vista and, during the pandemic, led a large-scale food supply operation in partnership with Agro Porto for the government. As CEO, he transformed the company into a national and international reference in sustainable agribusiness solutions.
